Overview
The Impac® IN 5/9 plus pyrometer is designed for non-contact temperature measurement of sapphire and sapphire wafers. You can remotely configure the temperature sub range and adjust parameters. Thanks to an analog output and digital interface, you can store temperature values and data on your computer. Different optics are available for various applications.
