The Impac^® IN 5/9 pyrometer is designed for non-contact temperature measurement of sapphire and sapphire wafers. You can remotely configure the temperature sub range and adjust parameters. Due to the analog output and digital interface, you can store temperature values and data on your computer. Different optics are available for various applications.
