Overview
The Impac® IN 5/5 and IN 5/5 plus compact pyrometers are specially designed for temperature measurement of glass and quartz glass surfaces with temperature ranges between 100 and 2500°C.
The IN 5/5 pyrometer combines the high accuracy of the digital signal processing with the simple connection and operation of two wires.
The IN 5/5 plus instruments are digital pyrometers equipped with a digital interface, enabling temperature indication and storage on a PC. A temperature subrange can also be configured and you can adjust parameters remotely.
The version IN 5/5-L plus is equipped with optics for better fields of view for the measurements of small objects.
The high-speed version IN 5/5-H plus has a shorter exposure time of only 10 ms and is suited for fast-measuring tasks.
Benefits
- Achieve high accuracy due to output digital linearization
- Adjust parameters on the instrument
- Utilize various optics available for optimal matching of the instrument to the application
- Operate in rough industrial environments (IN 5/5 only)
- Precisely align the pyrometer to the measuring object with a laser target light (IN 5/5 plus only)
Features
- Adjustable exposure time
- Compact housing
- Two-wire form (IN 5/5 only)
- Switchable digital interface RS232/RS485 (IN 5/5 plus only)
- Laser target light sighting (IN 5/5 plus only)
