Impac 50-LO/GL Series Pyrometers
Fiber optics pyrometer for non-contact temperature measurement of molten glass. Temperature range 600 to 1800 °C.
The Impac® IS 50-LO/GL digital pyrometer, primarily employed for temperature measurement in glass tanks, working-end forehearths, and feeder applications, also finds utility in measuring brickwork temperatures in regenerators and tanks. With the two-wire technique at its core, the instrument merges the high accuracy of digital signal processing with the simplicity of two-wire connection and operation. Notably, the inclusion of a robust fiber optic cable, extending up to 30 meters, ensures its functionality in ambient temperatures up to 250 °C, eliminating the need for cooling and broadening its range of application.
