ERM10 Railway DC-DC Series
Active
10 W 2BY1 DC-DC Converter
The 10 W ERM10 series of isolated DC-DC converter modules is designed specifically for railway applications. With three input versions, 9 to 36, 18 to 75, and 40 to 160 VDC, the series features reinforced insulation rated at 3000 VAC RMS and complies with EN61368-1 and EN 50155 safety standards as well as EN50121-3-2 for EMI due to electronic equipment on rolling stock. Models are available for four single outputs of 5, 12, 15, and 24 VDC and dual outputs of ±12 and ±15 VDC.
Standard features include voltage-adjust, remote on/off, undervoltage shutdown, and overload and short-circuit protection. In a fully encapsulated, metal-case construction, the converters have an industry-standard 2 x 1-inch (50.9 x 25.4 mm) footprint with height of just 0.43 inch (11 mm).
