AIH 250W Series


250 W High Voltage Isolated DC-DC Converters

The AIH series of high-voltage isolated DC-DC converters designed for power factor correction (PFC) modules comprises six single-output models offering 1.8, 3.3, 5, 12, 15, and 24 VDC options with up to 88% efficiency. The converters accept 250 to 420 VDC and are rated for 250 W continuous output at baseplate temperatures from -20 to +100℃ with startup from as low as -40℃. Output voltage can be adjusted with an analog signal, external resistor, or digital data via a built-in I2C interface. The series features regulation to within 0.2% down to zero load, remote enable and differential remote sense, temperature and current monitoring, and 2700 VDC input/output isolation. The converters are housed in a sealed case measuring 2.4 x 2.3 x 0.55 inches (61 x 58.4 x 14 mm).
