65 W High Voltage Quarter-Brick Isolated DC-DC Converters

The high-voltage AIQ02R series quarter-brick DC-DC converters offer a wide 250 to 420 VDC input range, delivering 65 W continuous power at operating baseplate temperatures from -40 to +100℃. Designed for use with power factor correction (PFC) modules, the converters output 28 VDC and 2.32 A with a typical efficiency of 90%. You can trim the output voltage over 25.2 to 29.4 VDC with an external resistor. The converters maintain output regulation to within 0.2% typical and have no minimum load requirement. Standard features include 2500 VDC input/output isolation with safety-isolated secondary-side low-voltage control and monitoring, overvoltage and overtemperature protection, and remote enable. The converters are housed in a robust sealed case measuring 2.28 x 1.4 x 0.5 inches (57.9 x 36.8 x 12.7 mm).
