Charitable Contributions
Our charitable contributions committee, founded in 2010, is supported and led by our employees. The committee provides financial support for 501(c)(3) corporations, non-profit institutions, and organizations that improve education, the environment, health, and social services across the communities we operate in.

Volunteerism
Advanced Energy offers each employee eight hours of paid time off to volunteer with a 501(c)(3) organization of the employee’s choosing. See us in action:

A Diverse, Global Workforce
We have 10,900-plus employees located across the globe. Each person's background and unique skill set are fundamental to our success.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

At Advanced Energy we recognize and appreciate the importance of creating an equitable environment in which team members feel valued, included, and empowered to do their best work by openly sharing ideas, perspectives, and capabilities to support of our mission. Each employee’s unique experiences, perspectives, and viewpoints enable us to unlock, create and deliver the world’s most advanced power supplies and solutions.

As individual social, economic, and cultural identities shape and influence our experiences and perspectives, it is imperative to AE’s sustainable growth to continue to foster an inclusive and diverse environment that actively engages all our employees, customers, vendors, and communities.

Community Involvement

Advanced Energy helps facilitate innovative research projects, participates in local chambers of commerce, and works with local non-profit organizations. We also partner with multiple academic institutions and invest resources and funds to advance energy-efficient and renewable energy technologies, drive global impact, and shape tomorrow’s leaders in power conversion and control.

Responsible Sourcing

Advanced Energy is dedicated to reducing the impact procurement activities and supply chain have on the planet – whether that impact is on human rights, the environment, or any other area of corporate social responsibility. An area of particular concern is that of conflict minerals, the mining of which supports armed conflict or risks of human abuses, such as slavery and child labor.

  • Human Rights. Respecting the human rights of our employees and those involved in our business operations is a core principle for Advanced Energy. Our Code of Conduct, which also applies to our suppliers, specifically prohibits activities involving slave or forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor.

  • Supply Chain. We are committed to sustainable and responsible sourcing of the materials. We audit our suppliers to confirm (where possible) that minerals originating within DRC +9 are conflict-free.
