Thyro-S Power Controller

  • Designed for transformer loads
  • Scalable PLC/PAC integration for closed-loop, thermal process control; optional system interface connection of up to eight power controllers to bus module or BasicBus Module (Profibus DPV1,  CANopen, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT)
  • DIN-rail mounting up to 60 A systems

Thyro-A Power Controller

  • Save space and simplify installation with a compact unit footprint and a DIN-rail mountable design (up to 60 A system rating)
  • Precisely regulate power, including load management, for optimal control and energy consumption
  • Easily integrate with existing control systems; customize faults, alarms, status, limits, and set points

Thyro-A+ Power Controller

  • Scalable PLC/PAC integration for closed-loop control; optional system interface connects up to 8 power controllers to BasicBus Module (Profibus DPV1, CANopen, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT)
  • Securely separate control and power units and optimize load control; use up to five control methods and three operating modes
  • 1-, 2-, or 3-phase versions (2-phase version for 3-phase load without deploying neutral conductor)

Thyro-PX Power Controller

  • 32-bit micro, 1.5 M measurements per sec, and 15-bit resolution, better than 0.5% accuracy
  • Integrated mains-load optimization (dASM) with digital control
  • Integrated soft starting for operation with downstream transformer

Thyro-PX DC Power Controller

  • Modular stack system in B6C configuration, suitable to design B12; B18 DC systems
  • Air-cooled options available with water-cooled options available on request
  • Easy integration and configuration for B12; B18 application

Thyro-XD™ SCR Power Controller

  • Highest accuracy (0.5% power) and repeatability
  • Fast detection of load resistance changes
  • Real-time temperature control with pyrometer integration
