Overview

The Impac® ISR 6-TI is a pyrometer and thermal imager. It uses two-color (ratio) technology to measure the center spot’s temperature. The built-in video camera’s infrared filter auto-calibrates a thermal image. The video output is transferred to your PC via USB and InfraWin software generates the image.

You can define and evaluate specific regions of interest (ROIs) within the thermal image. Use an optional I/O module to trigger external switching contacts based on one or several ROIs.

Benefits

  • Define and evaluate ROIs
  • Use in harsh environments
  • Achieve high accuracy with two-color (ratio) pyrometer technology
  • Easily measure fast processes
  • Utilize optional I/O module to trigger external switching contacts

Features

  • Pyrometer and thermal imager
  • Built-in video camera with short wavelength infrared filter
  • Thermal image auto-calibration relative to temperature reading
  • Video cable and video-to-USB grabber for use with InfraWin software
  • Fast response times (2 ms)
  • Dirty-window warning
  • Robust, stainless steel sensor
