Overview

The DC-stable Trek® 609E-6 high-voltage amplifier is used for electrostatic chucks, mass spectrometers, and various other industrial and research applications. Its low-noise operation, extensive bandwidth, and high slew rates are backed by an all-solid-state design. And you can wire different input configurations into the unit. Configure as non-inverting, inverting, or differential.

Built for Demanding High Capacitive and Reactive Loads
The Trek 609E-6’s four-quadrant, active output stage sinks or sources the current into reactive or resistive loads throughout the output voltage range. This is essential for the accurate output responses and high slew rates demanded by a variety of loads.

Benefits

  • Drive capacitive loads via a four-quadrant output
  • Enable high accuracy thanks to a closed-loop system
  • Safeguard equipment with short-circuit protection
  • Take advantage of low-output noise and ultra-accurate outputs

Features

  • Dynamic adjustment optimizes the AC response for various load parameters
  • NIST-traceable calibration certificate provided with each unit
  • DC-stable for programmable supply applications
  • Local and remote high voltage On/Off capabilities
  • Switch selectable for current limit or trip
