A 160 W, fully enclosed power supply, DF150 provides 27 V at 5.93 A and is proven in a wide range of extreme conditions, including altitude, humidity, shock, temperature, and vibration. With IP67 rating, it supports submersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It also exceeds MIL‑STD requirements for dust and ingress protection. A fanless design enables silent, reliable operation with conduction or convection cooling options. DF150 is engineered for demanding applications across the defense, industrial, telecommunications, transportation, and energy sectors.

The DF150 is a standard, commercially available ruggedized 160 W AC-DC power supply from Advanced Energy, the first in the Defiant Future series of standard, commercially available PSUs. It is tested and certified to MIL-STD-810H (shock, vibration, altitude, temperature) and MIL-STD-461G for EMC. Output is 27 VDC at 5.93 A across -46 °C to +60 °C, with no performance loss.
