Advanced Energy's configurable power supplies are ideal when you require multiple DC outputs with unique voltage, current, or power levels for electrostatic chucks, wafer handling, and IC testing and burn-in.  Configurable power supplies can reduce costs by letting you configure these outputs from a single standard package with suitable modules and eliminating the need for custom or multiple standard units. ​

Choosing the right power supply is a key determinant for the functionality, efficiency, reliability, and safety of semiconductor equipment. AE’s configurable, modular power solutions offer up to 8 separate DC output voltages from 0.6-1000V and power ratings  from 2000 to 30kW and higher. A software graphical user interface (GUI) allows for easy configuration and user dashboard creation. Using the optional PowerPro Connect Module allows communications in Digital Ethernet UDP, RS485, CANBus or Ethernet TC/IP.​

AE’s Artesyn brand configurable power supplies include single and 3-phase input options up to 600 VAC nominal, have industrial IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 certified  safety approvals and are  SEMI F47 compliant. They offer up to 94% efficiency rating and up to 18 W/in3 power density, with low THD, ripple and leakage performance.​
