Overview
The Impac® IGA 315-K portable pyrometer is designed for use in coking plants. Measurements are made from the oven roof after opening the heating flue. The IGA 315-K pyrometer’s optical path is modified to target the nozzle brick. It can be accurately measured at up to 12 m. For easy sighting, a circular measuring field is marked in the viewfinder, which represents the target object’s size. To find the correct measuring distance, focus the optics and bring the item into sharp focus. Temperature measurements can be viewed directly in the viewfinder.
One-button operation allows you to quickly switch on the pyrometer, or save measurement values. Save up to 2000 measurement values with the date and time of each. Before measuring, a series of measurements can be defined (e.g., heating flues of an oven). This storage configuration facilitates later evaluation and can be transferred to your PC.
